Message	WTF? You gave him all the info he needed. I guess anybody could have been driving the other vehicle, so it is hard to say who did did? The cops need to at least find the vechicle to see that it indeed was in an accident and then hold the owner's insurance policy liable, that is, if in fact he has a policy.
